I've sent the developer feedback that the info on the touch/passcode feature is far too buried in their help files, because it turns out to take 3 clicks to reach it. (Kudos, Apple, for this apparently recently added feature, and also to Stocard, for using it, and replying to give me the info I needed!) A developer response to my review received today via Apple informed me that if I had a compatible device with Touch ID enabled, I could set up this protection, with a backup PIN code to the Touch ID.
